an IT person has been in my machine remote for 3 hours. he has full control of my computer to diagnose but keeps asking me to click stuff. i told him I’m in a meeting and he can keep working. the meeting is called “walking to 711 to get a drink and keep myself sane”. i think he still thinks I’m at my machine though.

UPDATE: I got back to my desk with the message “hey I have to leave for a meeting right now.” You didn’t dump me I DUMPED YOU!

If he’s remote admin ing in but is asking you to complete specific computer related tasks... something has gone very wrong, either on a technical or personnel level.
